Originally from Ohio, my husband and I came to Colorado in 1993 for a visit and never left! Like so many, we fell in love with the area and made this home. We enjoy the outdoor activities including hunting and fishing, hiking, camping, skiing and most important- our sunshine! This is a great place to live, work, raise a family or spend your retirement years.

Along with owning Peak Realty and Management, I partner with my husband at Nieman Electric Inc. My husband has been a licensed electrician for 26+ years and has wired hundreds of homes in the area. Working the last 14 years in the real estate business along with my background in construction, I have gained extensive knowledge in land use regulations, permitting, home building/remodeling and rural living.

My business philosophy is simple “Please my clients”. I always give my clients the one on one attention they need and deserve. This may sound simple but is often lost in some of my larger competitors. My flexibility, attention to detail and extensive research are just a few of the reasons that the majority of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals.
