Meet Amy Nieman - Woodland Park Real Estate Broker

I have lived and worked in Woodland Park for over 18 years. My husband and I came for a visit, fell in love with the area and like so many and made this home. We enjoy the endless outdoor opportunities and sunny mountain weather.  This is a great place to live, work, raise a family or spend your retirement years.

Along with owning Peak Realty and Management, I partner with my husband at Nieman Electric Inc.  My husband has been a licensed electrician for 20 years and has wired hundreds of homes in the area.  For me spending the last 15 years in the construction and real estate business has given me extensive knowledge in land use regulations, permitting processes, home building/ remodeling and rural living.

My business philosophy is simple “Please my clients”. I always give my clients the one on one attention they need and deserve. This may sound simple but is often lost in some of my larger competitors.
